Vitamins & Supplements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please provide a photo (if applicable) and contact us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Our vitamins and supplements are made to order; therefore, we are unable to refund any products that arrived within their scheduled time and in proper condition.
CPR/BLS/First Aid Classes
Blended Learning Classes: All blended learning classes that require an access code are non-refundable. Once enrolled, the class fee cannot be refunded. Learners have 30 days to complete both parts (online and in-person skills session). Classes that are not completed within 30 days will require a new access code and/or skills session at an additional fee.
In-person Classes & Skills Sessions: All fully in-person classes and stand-alone skills sessions (not purchased with a blended learning course) may receive a full refund up to 15 days before the scheduled training. A partial (50%) refund can be obtained between 14 days to 48 hours before the scheduled training. If you are unable to attend your scheduled training at anytime before the training start time, please immediately notify us to receive a training credit for a future training. Any unused training credits must be used within 12 months of the initial training date.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by selecting “Cancel Subscription.” Canceled subscriptions will not receive a prorated refund and will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
